Is The YEN to USD to Crypto to Yen Carry Trade Over?

Good morning,

It looks like Gold and The Yen are arbitraging as the summer cyclical oil trade is winning out over falling interest rates despite the Kiwi and Aussie maintaining their strength.

Are artificial technical patterns depressing crypto, or has the market decided the Yen flows to Crypto are no longer going to be a thing?

As the Japanese debt climbs ever higher, I am hesitant to invest in their currency despite interest rate differential arbitrage opportunities due to their every increasing money supply needed to strip their citizens of their savings, and increase their commodity costs to stagnate their economy.

I suppose most professionals are crafty enough to time their money supply issues with oscillating relatively short-term forwards, but I am not that astute.
