Facebook’s IP, Leverage Or A Liability?

Good afternoon,
As someone who has had reconstructive surgery of their face due to lack of hustle, I am concerned about people being profiled due to how they look.
Facebook has several patents regarding facial recognition technologies that compare people’s faces to golden ratio faces, which allows those differences to be stored to a unique identifier. This relationship table can then be leveraged to match that unique identifier to other relationship tables that store people’s personal information and even track people’s movements and patterns by scanning videos and pictures with location identifiers. The same technology that allows Facebook to automatically assign their users to other user’s pictures can be leveraged by retailors to track customers walking into their stores and even by Homeland Local “Prevention” Frameworks being utilized to further eroding citizen’s rights by tracking United States Citizens through a network of variety of means. Some of the patents are below.
This raises a notable concern for investors that Facebook’s IP could be contributing towards eroding citizen’s and guest’s privacy rights. While I am not familiar with their legal team’s ability to protect their investors from legal recourses regarding potential abuse from the use of their technologies, in my opinion, this could result in at least a devaluation of their goodwill.
There have been multiple studies that confirm hereditary asymmetrical attributes and attributes that indicate low levels of testosterone during pubescent years in one’s face resulting from traceable biomarkers to have strong correlations with brain development that results in an increased proclivity towards pedophilia and sexual violence.
These biomarkers include those associated with the androgen receptor function.

While there is a concerning lack of research from the medical community on the biomarkers that result in facial asymmetries and the obvious correlations between sexual offenders and those with asymmetrical faces, the research for these superficial facial flaws is being addressed by some brave researchers.

I could not find any research disproving this hypothesis but think some of Homeland’s 1.87 billion dollar budget in preparedness grants should be working to confirm or deny this hypothesis. It could not only be useful in locating those who murder innocent people supposedly due to the enticement of 70 virgins in the afterlife, but could help with the vetting process of those working for Homeland and those they recruit for their local DVE networks.
Homeland works closely the with the CPB, who at times needs to catch toddlers being thrown to them over fences and at time separate children from their family members. Homeland also recruits civilians who should be vetted to ensure they are not keeping tabs on people for nefarious reasons, especially children, and people with children.

Donald Barr’s son still had influence in the staffing of Homeland, and his father’s association with deceased pedophile Jeffery Epstein and the Foundation he was the financier of should be cause for concern regarding his staffing decisions.
Funds allocated to this DVE project would be well spent to ensure they are not, not only not leveraging child pornography collectors and other with pastimes associated with the mentioned hereditary biological markers, but these funds should be working to solve the problem. If they could use their funds to confirm or deny to the public for example that, many pedophiles have an asymmetrical line that runs at a 45 degree angle down from the bridge of their nose to their eye tooth
The funds could be used to help ease the fear that their network, that is seemingly impervious to criminal harassment and stalking laws ,is not being staffed by pedophiles. They could also help use the money to ease the publics fear that Prism being utilized to collect seemingly non punishable child pornography.
Not the Pediatric Integrated Sensor Monitoring Systems, PRISM, or the Pediatric risk of mortality PRISM, but the Partner of Facebook that Edward Snowden revealed to the public. While I wholeheartedly agree that people should be judged individually on their own merit and actions, considering the state of the world today, I am on the fence about the advice proffered by Facebook’s initial URL. The face, book!
That being said, I think the protection of peoples’ personal privacy and property are some of the tenets that helped build western civilization and should be protected at all costs. Hopefully the United States will be swinging back in that direction as it works to bankrupt itself.
As this hopefully occurs, investors in Facebook should be aware not only of public perception regarding their association with PRISM, but with their facial recognition IP. I am not offering Financial advice, but I personally will not be investing in the company.
